If you understand what is heartburn and how it happen, you will be able to avoid it.

I didn't experience any heartburn when I was pregnant with my 3 kids. But I did go through terrible nausea and vomiting all through out the day for more than 3 months. It was the worst when I was pregnant with my second child.
